I just wrote a very long and very emotional post, but as I thought about it I don't think I'd like to share it here so I've got it written down someplace else.

Instead I will leave you with a Practically Pink Tip.

Do not leave all of your household cleaning and chores to do in one day or weekend. Work as much as you can each day.
This tip has helped me out this week as I'm planning on going for a long vacay. I wanted to clean the house now so that it will be clean and comfortable when I come home.

Giving tips reminds me of a coworker of mine several years ago. He would ALWAYS say:
Tip to the waitress: Have a nice day
